Open dates are available for new commissions across our three regional offices. Reserved dates indicate existing engagements — client identities remain strictly confidential.
High demand — many evaluation windows are booked months in advance. Early date requests are strongly recommended.
Our calendar reflects availability for single-day evaluations and smaller venues. Larger properties, multi-venue assessments, and cruise ship inspections require a 3–5 day evaluation window, which must be reserved well in advance and supported by a signed engagement contract. Due to the volume of ongoing commissions across our Sydney, London, and Wyoming offices, many dates are secured months ahead. If your venue requires a multi-day or complex evaluation, we strongly recommend submitting a date request early so we can allocate the appropriate assessment window.
